This service grants 24/7 access to all the client’s documents stored in one place. The client can browse through the files at any time, without the need to contact our office. Importantly, all the documents are scanned using OCR mechanisms, which makes it possible to quickly find any documents by using key words and categories.


The process of e-archiving is as follows:


scanning the paper versionscanning the paper version of the client’s documents,

reading the documents by OCRreading the documents by OCR software,

cataloguing the documents and datacataloguing the documents and data,

making the documentsmaking the documents available for search in the E-Archive after logging on to the Client Panel.


After scanning and archiving, the paper documents can be either collected by the client or sent to our traditional archive, where they will be kept for the period of time as specified by law.
