This innovative service involves the traditional scanning or scanning by means of optical character recognition software of all the documents that have to be archived after the closure of a fiscal year.


The process of e-archiving is as follows::

  • scanning the paper version of the client’s documents (the original documents are either kept in our archive or returned to the client),
  • reading the documents by OCR software,
  • cataloguing the documents and data,
  • making the documents available for search after logging on to the Client Panel.


Using the e-archive option minimizes the time spent on looking for the right documents and eliminates the need to request for scanned versions of archival invoices kept in a traditional archive. Using the Internet, the client can access his or her archive at any time from anywhere in the world.
